Snow in Mesa!!

Amazing!!  Couldn't really believe it, but it happened.

Of course my kids were out in it as well! They jumped on the trampoline and rode scooters around without their shoes on.  Silly Arizona kids!

Ellen's Rats!

We went to visit Aunt Ellen on Sunday and of course we had to play with the rats (all 5 of them)!

Maura loved it!  The last time we went to Ellen's house we came home with a Gerbil. Ellen tried to convince us it was time for rats!  Nope, not in my house! We don't have room! :0)

She LOVED playing with them!  It made her a little nervous at first to have their little paws crawling on her and nibbling at her, but she warmed up to them quickly!

 He would have taken all of them home if his mom were nicer!  Not this time, bud!  We talked about the rats he had ages ago; Jack White and Jack Black.

Craft day with Sofia!

As they were painting and working they decided they would do an "art walk"-I'm assuming it's like an art show.  So creative!

Maura is officially a bike rider!

She's not very good at getting started on her own and she's still a little hesitant, but she's doing great!

 It didn't take much.  She was so ready to do it!

BFF: Bishop's Fear Factor!

The Young Men and Young Women had a fun activity this past week-fear factor!  They had to do some funny things and they ate some pretty interesting food.  It was great!

 They tried all kinds of crazy things..tripe, Balut, and some other crazy stuff.  Sadly, no cow eyeballs.

Camporee 2013

Dallin's troop went to Schnepf Farms for a Pioneer Camporee this past weekend and had a great time!
